Product Return Warranty and Policy

  • Studio ComX is located in Israel and applicable to Israeli law.
  • The operator of the site will not be responsible for orders that do not reach their destination for reasons that do not depend on it and / or its delivery providers, including incorrect details such as address, credit card details, personal details and the like.

Order cancelation:

1. The product on the “Studio ComX” website are produced to order and are not “off-the-shelf products.”

2. Each order is a customized order, that the customer determines its size as a customized size.

3. The presentation on the Studio ComX website might seem like a product catalog – it is not. The fixed sized or any other issues with the product, any of its features in general, or its size in specific, are done for technical reasons only. No conclusion should be deducted from the presentation of the product that the product is a catalog product. 

2. Each product is designed especially for each client and is customized work.

3. Upon receipt of the customer order, the order is sent for production (printing, framing, etc.). As a result, any cancellation of a transaction within 24 hours of receiving the order will be charged in full payment less shipping fees if paid.

4. With all of the above and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the studio will allow 1-day cancelation of the order. The company charges a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price of the product it purchased or NIS 100, whichever is lower, all subject to the customer entering all his details according to law, such as credit card details, ID number, address details or personal details. The site operator will not be responsible for orders that do not reach their destination for reasons that do not depend on it and/or it’s delivery providers, including incorrect details such as an address, credit card details, personal details, and the like.
4. the 1-day cancelation starts on the day of the order. The days are calculated as regular days, and they are not business days.

Return Policy:

  1. For obvious technological reasons, the colors that the user sees on the screen may be different from the colors of the image, poster, or drawing he will actually receive. Usually, the differences are small depending on the quality of the user’s computer screen. The site operator makes every effort to provide a quality product but will not replace a product for the reason that the colors are not the same as the colors and texture that the buyer observed.
  2. To return the product, it must be sent with the invoice you received and the reason for the return to the address provided by telephone by a representative of the “ Studio ComX” website.
  3. The return of products must be coordinated in advance. The operator of the site will not receive products back and will not cancel the transaction without prior written coordination.
  4. For the returned products, a credit will be given for the next purchase (not including shipping). Or the credit card will be refunded.
  5. The customer is not allowed to return or replace a product whose original packaging was opened unless it was found that it was defective before it was delivered to him. The cost of shipping is at the customer’s expense.

The operator of the site makes every effort to provide the highest quality product. The  products are not replaceable or returnable unless there is a defect in the product.

Warranty

  1. When ordering prints on canvas fabrics, a guarantee will be given for not fading colors for 1 year in interior conditions (in a room without direct sunlight or a direct lighting spot). And provided that no liquid has touched the product (including water and detergents).
  2. The warranties provided in this Agreement shall not extend to any Product that has been physically damaged or misused or improperly stored or altered by the customer.
  3. This warranty will be void in any case of misuse, breakage, scratching, cuts, or any other physical damages to the product.   
  4. To use the warranty, the product must be sent with the original invoice you received and the reason for returning to the address provided by telephone by a representative of the ” Studio ComX” website.
  5. The returning of the products must be coordinated in advance. The site operator will not receive products back and will not cancel the transaction without prior written coordination.
  6. Once the product is checked and confirmed as eligible for the warranty, the site operator will replace the product with a similar product.
